  • Everybody knows that buying a home is probably the single biggest investment and personal decision you'll ever make and, because of this, I will sit down with you to find out exactly what your needs are.
  • If you require a mortgage, I can assist you in getting pre-approved at a financial institution of your choice.
  • Access to your own web site and fast e-mail notification with all the hot new listings that correspond to your selected criteria (price range, location, size and style).
  • I will discuss and make aware my clients about all of the costs related to buying, closing, moving and other associated costs involved.
  • I will discuss and explain the terms and information about the offer and counter-offer process and the terms of the contract of purchase and sale.
  • Presenting and negotiating offers in your behalf.
  • I will be with you on closing and possession day to ensure everything works out to your satisfaction.
  • When you buy a home you want to be happy and satisfied on all counts, that is my commitment to you.
  • The time for the whole process varies from person-to-person. Some buy the first home they see, while others take six months or so. The majority see about 15 to 20 homes before deciding. Everyone's need and schedules are different and that is why the first meeting with me is so important. Find the home that's perfect for you.

    -Listings in this website are based on the search criteria that are entered at your request, needs and wishes.
    -Once your private website is setup for you, a notification is sent to you via email and a link is also provided  to your private website
     -As new or changed listings that match your search criteria come onto the MLS® system, you are automatically sent notifications.
    -View the listings, sort them, print or email them and "remove" any from the main screen that are of lesser interest
    -The information shown at the time of access, is always up to date (i.e. if a price or other data has changed, it is reflected in your view).
    -Properties that have sold, or gone off the market are so marked (SOLD, OM).
    -You can access your private website from any computer in the world providing an internet connection is available.
